Set up your fest

Add what the event needs before the opening program and give each person a clear place to begin.

Check and finalize the result

Can I use Festize for one independent fest?

Yes. A new organization begins with one fest. Extra school, zone, or district levels stay out of the way unless you add them later.

Does every staff member see everything?

No. Coordinators, teams, stages, judges, announcers, media staff, and results staff receive tools for their own work.

Does Festize work without an internet connection?

Festize runs in a web browser, so plan for event-day internet. Live pages reconnect and refresh after a connection interruption.

Can Festize support every scoring format?

Festize supports its current marks, grades, positions, team points, and scoring rules. Contact us before committing if your competition uses a specialist scoring method.
