Accounts and authority

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use only the roles and records they are authorized to manage. Organization owners are responsible for the administrators and fest staff they appoint.

Event data and publishing

Organizations are responsible for the lawful collection of participant information and for deciding what results or public-page content to publish. Users must not upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized material.

Service operation

Festize may update the service, apply reasonable limits, suspend abusive or insecure activity, and perform maintenance needed for reliability. Material changes affecting active organizations should be communicated reasonably.

Responsible use and contact

Attempts to access another organization without permission, disrupt service, or misuse personal data are prohibited. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@festize.com.
