Information is used to authenticate users, operate fest workflows, calculate and publish authorized results, generate requested outputs, maintain security, diagnose failures, and support the organization.

Access and separation
Access is limited by organization, unit, fest, role, and assignment. People cannot browse accounts or records outside the areas they manage.

Retention and requests
Retention depends on operational, backup, security, and organization requirements. Contact privacy@festize.com for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests; applicable identity verification may be required.
