For connected school and regional events

Run separate fests for each school, zone, or district—without mixing their people or results.

Name each level the way your event already does, let local coordinators manage their own fest, and keep every event separate.

Each fest needs its own plan.

Use the names people know

Keep your school, zone, division, or district names.

Festize can follow the levels your event already uses. Add only the levels you actually need.

Connected at the top, separate on the ground

Regional coordinators can support the areas they manage while each local fest keeps its own event details.

  • Use the level names your event already knows
  • Choose who can add another level or fest
  • Keep a separate name, address, settings, and results for each fest

Local control

Let coordinators manage their event without seeing every other fest.

Choose the coordinators

Give each coordinator responsibility for the school, zone, district, or fest they manage.

Keep unrelated fests separate

A coordinator in one area does not automatically see another area’s participants, programs, or results.

Protect the local event

Every fest keeps its own web address, participants, programs, stage staff, judges, public page, and results.

Plan the connected events

Tell us how the fests are organized before you set them up.

Share the level names, number of fests, event dates, expected sizes, local coordinators, and any unusual scoring before the events depend on the product.

List the fests and levels

Name the schools, zones, divisions, districts, fest owners, and support contacts as people already know them.

Try a small example first

Test participant entry, judging, result review, and public pages with a small example before setting up every fest.

Prepare people for event day

Plan existing-data entry, training, event-day responsibilities, backups, and what to do if the connection is interrupted.

Connected-fest questions

What changes when the organization grows?

Do we have to use fixed level names?

No. Use the level names your organization already knows. School, zone, division, and district are examples, not required labels.

Can coordinators in one area see another area?

Not by default. Each person sees the area and fest connected to their responsibilities.

Can an organization begin with one fest?

Yes. Extra levels are optional. Start with one independent fest and contact Festize when you are ready to add connected events.
