What to know before you choose.
Is pricing per participant?
No. One plan applies to one fest. Participant, team, program, and stage counts help you choose the plan that fits; they are not separate charges.
Can Evaluation run a real event?
Yes. Evaluation is a permanent free plan for a fest with up to 20 participants, 2 teams, 5 programs, and 1 stage. Signup does not ask for a card.
What if my fest grows beyond its plan?
Choose a larger plan before reaching the limit. Contact Festize and include your expected participant, team, program, and stage counts.
Are paid plan prices final?
No. Prices for Mini, Standard, Full Fest, and Custom are still being finalized, so provisional amounts are not shown here.
What if our organization runs several fests?
Choose a plan separately for each fest. Contact Festize if you need several school, zone, division, or district fests under one organization.
